The house is an unusual three storey design with the entrance being via
the top floor into a sun lounge.
Stairs down take you directly into the large living room area. One
double bedroom is on this level along with kitchen, utility room, dining area and WC.
There is also external access from this area to the front of the house.
Stairs down take you to the lower level where the remaining two bedrooms
(one double, one twin) are located, one of which has an ensuite bathroom. In addition there is
a separate shower room.
Both bedrooms on the lower level have french doors giving access to the
terrace with uninterrupted views across the bay.

The
house is located near to the edge of the cliff and for reasons of safety nobody
should cross the small wall at the end of the terrace. Obviously this is
very important in the case of children and we strongly advise that none
are left unsupervised on the terrace in case they decide to explore!
